Synaptiq wanted to build trust, demonstrate the value of its products and services, and persuade potential customers to inquire about their artificial intelligence and machine learning project ideas.
We started by interviewing specific clients to learn why they engaged Synaptiq as a potential partner. We knew they appreciated seeing clear and relatable problem-to-solution examples before the project. They revealed that digestible and descriptive storytelling provided essential context and proof, especially compared to the white papers many competitors led with.
As the lead writer and content strategist, I identified the before-after-bridge framework to communicate how specific solutions related to potential partners and their business areas. Thus, we produced more case studies with shorter lengths.
Each case study connected the dots for potential partners and demonstrated real examples of what they can accomplish, the potential impact, and the human lives affected by the result.
Furthermore, I helped Synaptiq map the case studies to customize user journeys, which increased personalization and improved project lead quality within the first four months of launching the new website. See the following examples.
